While in law school, Dana served as president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA) and assisted the vulnerable and elderly at the Estate Planning Clinic. After graduating from law school in 2011, Dana moved to San Francisco, California where she served as the executive judicial clerk to the Honorable Judge Stuart Hing at the Alameda County Court.
Dana returned home to Toronto and began her focus in personal injury, first at a prominent personal injury firm in downtown Toronto and then as senior counsel for a distinguished personal injury firm in Markham. Dana has successfully removed victims unduly placed in the minor injury guideline and threshold categories by insurance companies to non-minor injury and catastrophic category.
